Ingredients: rice, clear water
1. Wash the rice first.
2. Pour the rice into a special plastic container for microwave oven, and bring in boiling water with moderate temperature. The soaking time should not exceed half an hour. Because the soaked rice is not raw when cooked, and it is easier to cook, but it will lose the aroma of rice if it is soaked for a long time;
3. Change the water in which the raw rice is soaked into warm water (same as above, cold water is ok, but it takes longer to steam). Because the rice has been soaked, the water added is slightly less than the water in the rice cooker, only one centimeter more than the rice (no more than 2 centimeters at most). Cover the lid tightly (also cover the inner lid to prevent it from boiling out), put it in the microwave oven, and turn to high heat for 6-8 minutes (depending on the amount of rice).
