1. Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 5g pork, 1 carrot, 25ml peanut oil, 15ml cooking wine, 2g salt, 1g sugar, 15ml vinegar, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic and appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate.
2. Wash potatoes and carrots and peel them.
3. Slice potatoes and soak them in cold water.
4. Cut carrots into filaments. Shred pork.
