Niu Ben lost his parents at the age of six and lived with his eldest brother who was a driver in Beijing Zhongdian No.3 Factory. 1946, 1 1 year-old Niu Ben played a village calf in the movie The Storm of the Holy City. Later, he played a child in the film The Secret History of the Qing Palace, and went to China and Hongkong to shoot Cremation and other films in the same year. After the founding of New China, he became an artist in Shanghai Film Studio. In the past 60 years, he has appeared in hundreds of film and television dramas, and is the fifth expert of the Chinese Film Association.
Niu Ben won the Best Actor Award in the 3rd China Golden Rooster Award and the Best Supporting Actor Award in the 6th Hundred Flowers Award 1983 for his vivid portrayal of the nomadic Guo Bianzi in the film The Shepherd. He also directed TV series such as Father, Joy in the Middle and Treasure of Gold.
Niu Ben 20 1 1 signed a contract with Beijing Jiaxing Junyi Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. and became the star of the company group. Niu Ben starred in China's version of Grandpa Flower with the Western Han Dynasty, Lei Kesheng, Ceng Jiang and Huang Hai Bo.
