Composition:
Potatoes, eggs, meat, onions, vermicelli (vermicelli is also ok), seasoning.
Exercise:
1. Heat the oil, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add pork and soy sauce, stir-fry oyster sauce evenly, and add water.
2. Add potato chips and vermicelli, add a spoonful of half salt and a spoonful of half monosodium glutamate, and cover with 10- 15 minutes.
