Soup can be divided into clear soup, thick soup, mushroom soup and golden soup. Different soups have different practices and uses. I made thick soup yesterday (it can't be a complete thick soup, but for the sake of looking good, I borrowed some materials for making golden soup and added yellow branches), and I will report other soup practices to cheese in the future!
Preparation method of broth
Ingredients: grass chicken 1 chicken, 2 pork bones, 500g lean pork, 8 chicken feet, 300g pigskin, 500g ham, 3 grams yellow branch 10, 3 grams white pepper, ginger 1 g and clear water 10 kg.
Exercise:
1. Wash hens, pork bones, lean pork, chicken feet, pigskin and ham respectively, and pour them into a large soup pot for cooking.
2. Take out the above gourmet village and wash the blood foam with warm water.
3. Put it back into the big soup pot, add water 10 kg, skim off the foam after the fire is boiled, add ginger and pepper, and stew for 8 hours.
4. When the soup is thick, add the yellow branches (slightly broken). When the soup is golden yellow, turn off the fire, take out the pot and filter, and eat it as thick soup!
