Exercise:
1. Put minced garlic, white sesame seeds, thick and thin pepper noodles and pepper powder into a bowl, pour in a spoonful of hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of aged vinegar, 1 spoon of chicken essence, 1 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of sugar substitute, and stir well.
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Scoop the cooked noodle soup into a bowl.
3. Put udon noodles in a bowl and add the cooked side dishes.
