1. Soak all ingredients and bought tofu in water for about half an hour.

2. Chop the pig's forelegs into minced meat (mince the scallion together at last), and add proper amount of salt, soy sauce and raw flour.

3. Stir evenly, and stir for a few minutes with the egg beater and the noodle mixing function (you can also stir clockwise with chopsticks until the pork is sticky).

4. Tofu is carefully cut into filaments and soaked in water.

5. Lettuce is also cut into filaments, and two slices of ginger are prepared.

Cooking tips
1. Be sure to stir the minced meat into jelly, so that the meatballs will be firm. Be careful when cutting shredded tofu.
