1. Wash the melon, cut it in half, dig out the pulp, and then cut it into shreds.
2. Add a proper amount of salt, stir well and marinate the water.
3. Wash and chop ginger, garlic, millet and shallots respectively.

5. Add Jiang Mo, minced garlic, millet spicy and chopped green onion.
