Is your family's New Year's Eve dinner ready?
New Year's Eve is a reunion dinner. It is full of joy for the whole family to get together and sit around the table. The beginning of the New Year's Eve dinner means that we have to start eating and drinking, but there are ways to eat and drink. What will happen if we eat and drink in the sea? A bunch of post-holiday syndromes are waiting for you: gain three pounds on holidays, stomach upset, fatigue and so on. However, don't worry, the following small series will give you a few ideas to make you feel at ease for the New Year.

0 1? The first thing to say is the ingredients.

There can be as many patterns as possible, reaching 12 kinds (including staple food), and we can score 60 points. If it can reach 20 kinds, the preparation of ingredients will be 80 points. The remaining 20 points depend on the freshness of ingredients, the collocation of ingredients, cooking methods and the choice of condiments.

There are several essential ingredients for New Year's Eve in various places, such as green vegetables (happy dishes), celery (diligent), rice cakes (step by step), jiaozi (absolutely suitable) and fish (more than one year).

02? Secondly, menu collocation.

One-third is vegetarian, one-third is half-meat and half-vegetarian, and the remaining one-third is all kinds of meat dishes. Try to use steaming, boiling, stewing and cold cooking methods for ingredients. For example, vegetarian dishes can be made into several light cold dishes, while meat dishes should be steamed and stewed as far as possible, and frying, roasting and frying should be avoided as far as possible. Avoid eating too much oil and try to maintain the comprehensive nutrition of the ingredients.

03? Furthermore, when it comes to the order of eating.

Drink light soup first, then eat light vegetarian dishes (cold salad, stir-fry, etc. ), then eat meat dishes (fish, poultry, eggs, milk), and finally consider eating staple food.

In particular, you can taste meat dishes. Now that life is rich, we should pay more attention to the quality of life. The food is ok, not much. At the same time, the staple food should be coarse grains, such as preparing some potatoes, such as yam, potato and taro, or corn instead of rice, so that you can eat the least staple food and have the best nutrition.

04? In the meantime, let's talk about drinks.

At the dinner table, drinks are inevitable, and wine is also a drink. Wine can cheer you up, a little drink will make you happy, but a big drink will hurt you. It takes 10 minutes to walk fast to consume calories after drinking 250℃ white wine.

Adult women should try not to drink more than 450 ml of beer (a large bottle of beer is 500 ml) and 150 ml of wine; Adult men should try not to drink more than 750 ml of beer, 250 ml of wine, 75 ml of liquor at 38℃ and 50 ml of higher-grade liquor.

According to statistics, 500 ml of two bottles of sweet drinks are equivalent to eating an extra meal. It is more important to note that only about 10% of juice drinks are real juice, and the rest are additives such as water, preservatives and sweeteners. It is not recommended to drink more.

You can drink more freshly squeezed juice, which can help digestion. For example, squeezing juice from oranges and apples is simple, convenient and delicious. Oranges and kiwis are also a good combination.

05? Finally, snacks.

Snacks should take the following as the first priority:

Fresh fruit: Eat as many fruits as possible that help digestion, such as hawthorn, citrus, oranges, bananas, etc.

Fresh vegetables: can be made into salads to help digestion.

Healthy milk: yogurt, pure milk, excluding dairy products: yogurt, yogurt and so on.

Dried fruit: try to air dry naturally and try not to eat pickled fruit.

Nuts: Try to choose the original flavor, one handful a day. When you eat moldy and bitter nuts, spit them out in time. Eating by mistake can easily cause gastrointestinal discomfort, and excessive intake will increase the risk of liver cancer.

At the end of the article, I recommend a dish: red lanterns are hung high. I wish you all a healthy New Year! Have fun!
