1. Open Excel, first enter the contents of the drop-down list item, select the contents of the group at the same time, and enter a name in the name box to name the group.

2. Next, we switch to the "Data" tab and click the "Data Validity" item.

3. In the Data Validation window that opens, select Sequence from the Allow drop-down list, and then enter a name in the Source input box, for example, Mylist in this case.

4. Then you can see the effect of the drop-down list. This solves the problem of setting the drop-down menu in excel table.
