Materials:

Tips:

1, because fresh mushrooms are delicious, you don't need to put too much seasoning, just take either soy sauce or salt.

2. Try to extract water from fresh mushrooms. Fresh mushrooms that have not been soaked in water will not have much water.

Fried cauliflower

Materials:

A cauliflower, dried red pepper, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, sliced garlic, diced pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, a little sugar and salt.

Exercise:

1. Wash cauliflower, soak it in light salt water for 10 minute, take it out and peel it off by hand for later use.

2. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add dried red pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add cauliflower and stir fry. Turn to medium heat and stir fry for two or three minutes until cauliflower is cooked.

4. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar, stir well and serve.

Chicken and cauliflower.

Ingredients: chicken breast 75g.

Ingredients: cauliflower150g, canned peas15g, ham10g.

Seasoning: peanut oil, egg white, monosodium glutamate, starch, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, chicken oil, fresh soup and onion ginger juice.

Exercise:

1. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add onion, ginger juice and a little fresh soup, stir in the same direction, add sugar at the same time, add egg white, starch, refined salt and monosodium glutamate when stirring into rice soup, and stir evenly;

2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, scald it thoroughly with boiling water, and then simmer it thoroughly with fresh soup to remove it;

3. Add oil to the frying spoon and heat it. Shake the frying spoon and pour it out. After the remaining base oil is heated, pour in the seasoned minced chicken and stir fry slowly.

4. When frying into paste, add cauliflower, add oil while frying, finally add chicken oil, take out the frying spoon, put it in a plate, and sprinkle with minced ham and peas.
