The residential area less than one kilometer away from home is called Qi Jicheng. I don't know why the developer took such a name. Before the development of Qijicheng Community, this land was a natural village called Qinjia.
There is a farmer's market on the west side of Qijicheng Community, which is also called Qinjia farmer's market now. There are two streets in front of the farmer's market: Rongchang Road in the east-west direction and Limin West Third Street in the north-south direction, forming a crossroads. Qinjia Farmers' Market is in the southwest of this intersection, Korean National Publishing House is in the northeast, the playground of the police school is in the northwest, and some buildings of Qi Jicheng are in the southeast.
Every Monday, Thursday and Saturday morning, there will be a big episode here. The market is huge. It is said to be the largest market in Harbin. How big is the market? -The intersection radiates to the southeast and northwest road for one kilometer!
I have lived in the university town for three or four years, and I don't know the name of this market. Maybe this market doesn't have a name at all? Let's call it-Qin family collection!
Although I live in the university town, there are many large and small businesses nearby, and even the outlets specializing in high-end brand discounts are closer to home, I still like to go to the market best.
I like expositions for the following reasons:
The market is unpredictable and seasonal.
The people who come to the market to sell things every day are not fixed, so the goods they sell are not fixed. To put it simply, if you don't go to the market today, you don't know what rare things will appear in the market today. This unpredictability is accompanied by freshness, which is the greatest charm for me to go to the market.
At the same time, things on the market are in season.
The spring market is characterized by wild vegetables: old woman, garlic with small roots, prickly old buds, Toona sinensis, wild Mao Cong and so on. Better than wild green, it tastes natural.
The focus of the summer market is vegetables and fruits. Fruit and vegetable dealers go to the distribution center for wholesale, so I'm not going to elaborate here, because such fruits and vegetables are available all year round. I just want to explain the dishes of ethnic groups with their own vegetable fields around them. There are too many kinds to eat at home, so I sell them at the market for a little money. It is best to recognize those who produce and sell side dishes temporarily. Most of them are middle-aged women, and some are grandfathers in their sixties and seventies. They like sitting together, talking and laughing. Their expressions look more relaxed than those of businessmen who really make a living by going to the market. They don't aim at income, and they enjoy it. When they sell a dollar to work, the bus money comes out, and they can change tofu into two dollars, so they might as well sell it for three dollars and five dollars. Even if they don't sell a penny, they take food home for themselves, and even some generous people give it to people who can talk to each other. They spread a small piece of plastic cloth on the floor. There are not many kinds of fruits and vegetables, and the quantity is not large. Each is a small pile. Vegetables and fruits look casual and the price is not high. There are cucumbers, persimmons, coriander, leeks, lettuce, zucchini, peppers, plums, apricots, cherries and so on. I like to buy their things. I give them whatever they want and never bargain with them. How nice it is that the plants planted in the garden will not be sprayed with chemical fertilizers or pesticides! What is worth mentioning in the summer market are cantaloupe and watermelon. These two melons have made most of my happiness since summer.
There are many kinds of vegetables in the autumn market: eggplant, beans, pumpkin, cabbage, potatoes, radishes, sweet potatoes, green onions and so on. Near the end of autumn, we northerners began to hoard autumn vegetables and buy dozens or even hundreds of pounds of cabbage, potatoes, radishes and green onions. It seems that only those who hoard autumn vegetables can be regarded as people who live.
In winter, it is a world of all kinds of frozen products: frozen fish, frozen crabs, frozen shrimps, frozen chickens, frozen ducks, frozen tofu, frozen pears, frozen persimmons, frozen strawberries, frozen yellow peaches, frozen tofu dried rice cakes, frozen popsicles, frozen spring rolls, frozen chicken fillets and so on. Those who sell frozen goods have welcomed their natural refrigerators. It gets cold in winter, especially in September. People who don't sell frozen products, such as vegetables and fruits, have one more process than other seasons, such as building a big plastic shed, putting a quilt curtain at the door and burning a stove inside. And those that can or cannot be sold will not come.
After talking about the special products for spring, summer, autumn and winter, let's talk about the content that is not limited by seasons. For breakfast sellers, there are seven or eight breakfast shops in the southeast of the intersection, which are also temporary plastic sheds. The first one is fried dough sticks, soybean milk and tofu. The second is beef noodles. The third one is fried dough sticks, soybean milk and bean curd, but the fried dough sticks in the third one are black and thin, and the taste is not as good as the first one. But it has been three or four years, and Sanlian's fried dough sticks have not been improved, but there is no yellow shop yet. I was surprised, which made me worry about his family for nothing the day before yesterday. The fourth one is a steamed bread shop, which has papers, pot stickers and big cakes. The fifth is a deli. All kinds of pork are brown and red, even dried tofu is red. In summer, the greasy boss chased flies and mosquitoes with a fly sling. Never bought it once. It looks unsanitary. Most people who go to his house to buy cooked food are middle-aged men who like to drink. This is a good appetizer! The fifth shop is next to the seventh shop. I forgot what it was. In short, it is the breakfast seller, and the room is steaming all the time.
It is also worth mentioning that there are also meat sellers. In front of the Qin farmers' market are stalls for pork, beef, mutton and chicken. Pork sellers also sell pig accessories, such as pig large intestine, pig blood sausage, pig liver, pig lung, pig heart and pig waist. They also sell pig-killing dishes. Sauerkraut, fat meat and blood sausage are all hot and stewed in a big pot. Be sure to put a cow's head or sheep's head under the stall selling beef and mutton, and occasionally put some cow's hoof and sheep's hoof. In the winter of 20 14, I bought beef once in Jiji, weighing more than 2 kg, which is the meat of beef brisket, thin, 27 yuan a kg. The butcher cut me a big piece. It was so cold that the meat was frozen. At that time, the supermarket near my home didn't sell beef, and neither did the fresh supermarket. I don't have so much life experience now, and I don't think there is anything wrong with this meat. As a result, when I bought it home, the meat was frozen and there was a lot of blood. I guess it must be beef. Let's go get some water. It's not expensive anyway. I'm not angry that the boss may have sold it cheaper to attract business. I cooked fried beef, and the most unacceptable thing is meat, not beef. I almost threw up after frying, and the fishy smell was disgusting! I have been eaten by pig fat since I was a child, and I can conclude that it is female pork and old sow's meat. Hey, liar!
The fish seller is close to North Korea Publishing House. I almost fell for buying fish twice, so I don't like selling fish and meat very much.
I like to see stalls selling flowers and ornamental fish. The flower seller is next to the first breakfast shop, and the fish seller is next to the flower seller. There are the most varieties of flowers in summer, like a small flower, bird, fish and insect market.
Rhododendron, lily, rose, rose, Milan, cyclamen, Anthurium andraeanum and jasmine are all full of color and fragrant. There are also trees, such as the rich tree, the duck tongue tree, the evergreen tree, the lucky bergamot, the tortoise-backed bamboo and the rubber tree. There are also small pots of plants, all kinds of fleshy, cactus, I can't name them. In addition to selling flowers, we also sell flower soil, flower pots, flower fertilizers and flower planting tools. This flower stand has the most predecessors, and I haven't left my body for half a day. At first, A Xin and I stood together for a while. He is a man and has no interest in flowers. He looked at it for a while, then turned to look away, looked at the phone for a while, and saw that I didn't mean to leave. After a while, I was still in high spirits. He finally couldn't stand it. Seeing that I still didn't mean to leave, he was a little impatient. He came up to me and called, I've seen enough anyway. I said, "OK, take a walk. I will watch it for a while. Going out to the market is to see new places. Let's go! Let's go and have a look. " A Xin immediately accompanied me to see other places, forgetting my previous impatience. Every time I go to the market, I enjoy the process of going to the market. He accompanied me and watched me enjoy the process. I should also enjoy it!
Besides these, there are also those who sell daily necessities and hardware, bedding and sofa cushions, socks and underwear, toilet paper and dried pickles.
I save my favorite shopping for last-that is, second-hand goods or selling goods!
I often go to the market and gradually find myself a person who likes old things, because I think every old thing has a story. I like stories, and I prefer people related to stories.
My grandfather died when I was in junior high school. His death made me sad because I liked my grandfather so much. What attracts me most is his old man's character and good temper. At that time, I was 14, 5 years old, sensible but a little ignorant. After grandpa died, I collected his small handleless wine cup, pipe, fly swatter made by him, and key chain made of belt and mahjong as a souvenir. Now I still keep them and put them in a separate cupboard at home. My parents shouldn't know what I collect. I am nostalgic.
My grandfather died when I was a sophomore, when he was 87. He has a good temper, and I am still sad, so I left a bristle brush and an iron mirror that my grandfather got when he went to the county to run a race when he was young.
I am nostalgic, like old things, like people related to old things, and like these good-natured people. So when I go to the market, I can't help but go to stalls selling old things, such as old dog skin hats, old radios, old jade pendant necklaces, old silver bracelets, idle kitchen utensils in sellers, old books and so on. As long as it is old, I like to stop and enjoy it. Most of the people I admire together are elderly people, only I am a little younger. I stopped for a long time and occasionally picked up a query. I may not buy it home, but I always want to blend in. I can't help it I just like these old stories and the old stories related to them. I like nostalgia and often miss my dead relatives.
Fortunately, there is a large collection of Qin family in the university town. Let me have a home in my spare time. One day, I spent two yuan to buy a pot of dates from a person who handled domestic plants. I am in a very good mood. The more I watch it, the more I like it. Two dollars can buy a pot of green mood, and the cost performance is simply too high. That day, the sky was blue and the clouds were white.
Of course, I also like to go to busy neighborhoods, visit fashionable shopping malls and feel the charm of oriental Moscow and oriental Paris. I am also willing to go into the market, busy, bargaining to collect my favorite items.
Come to Hulan when you are free, and I'll show you the collection of Qin family.
Go back to the past together.
