Ingredients (the amount of ingredients increases or decreases according to the body)
1. 50g bean sprouts
2. 1 small section of carrot
3. 3 shiitake mushrooms
4. 5 small fried tofu
5. 2 rice cakes
6. 2 small celery
7 .1 piece of ginger
8.1 tablespoon of olive oil
9.A little light soy sauce
10.A little powdered sugar
11 .A little white pepper
Steps:
1. Add a spoonful of flour to the dish, add water, soak the bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms and celery for a while, then wash them.
2. Slice the rice cakes and rinse them.
3. Remove the roots from the bean sprouts, shred the carrots, shred the shiitake mushrooms, and chop the celery into fine pieces.
4. Rinse the small oiled tofu and slice into slices.
5. Add oil to the hot pan, add ginger slices, and stir-fry until brown; add shredded mushrooms, stir-fry a few times; then add shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and fried tofu slices, and stir-fry evenly.
6. Add rice cake slices, light soy sauce, powdered sugar and a little boiling water, stir-fry constantly and turn off the heat.
7. Add pepper and minced celery, mix well, and serve on a plate.
