One day, he went from Suolong Bridge outside Dongcheng to a Liuji restaurant near the bridge to eat rice noodles, and asked the store to make a unique rice noodle according to the method of Sichuan hot pot. The shopkeeper made it according to his method and asked what to eat. People who came and went said, "I came from the bridge, called crossing the bridge rice noodles." Smart merchants immediately seized this excellent idea and hung up the signboard of crossing the bridge rice noodle. Since then, with the help of merchants from the south to the north, rice noodles across the bridge have become a brand of food culture in Yunnan.
