The method is as follows:
Preparation materials: a bowl of chicken soup, a stainless steel spoon and some ice cubes.
First put out a bowl of chicken soup without oil, and set aside.
Second, take some ice cubes with a stainless steel spoon and wait for 30 seconds until the bottom of the spoon gets cold.
Third, put the spoon with ice cubes into the broth, and be careful not to let the soup pass through the spoon.
Fourth, let the spoon rotate a few times where there is a lot of oil slick, and the bottom of the spoon is covered with oil.
5. Wipe the oil off the spoon with a kitchen paper towel.
Sixth, then put it on the ice and continue to absorb oil. After repeated several times, the oil in the soup is almost absorbed.
