1. A lotus root is peeled and washed, sliced and replaced with strips.
2. Add salt, seasoning, eggs and flour and mix well.
3. Heat the wok with proper amount of oil, and fry the lotus root on low fire.
4. Fry them in turn.
5. Put oil in the pan and stir-fry chopped green onion.
6. Add lotus root strips and stir fry.
7. Put a few Chinese cabbage leaves, usually with green and red peppers. Add some water to stew.
8. Put a little soy sauce and season with salt. Dry the soup and serve it.
9. It doesn't taste greasy. It should be better to put some ketchup on it. Try next time.
