3. Add Teochew flour, mix well, and knead into a soft and flexible dough.
4. Roll the dough into long strips with a diameter of 2.5 to 3 cm, and then cut into strips about 8 cm long.
Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl (no oil or water)
Beat the egg liquid through hot water until it becomes white and thick. Lift the egg beater and the dripping egg paste will have very textured lines. Stable and will not disappear immediately (the temperature of the hot water should not be very high. When the basin containing the egg liquid feels warm, you can remove the hot water and beat it)
Break the banana into small pieces and mix with milk and honey , salad oil together into a food processor and beat thoroughly
Pour "3" into the egg batter beaten in step 2

Preheat to 185° in advance and bake for 25 minutes
