It's best to have cold noodles and make them yourself. No spicy ingredients, less hemp juice.
And the egg system. Generally speaking, it is better to eat boiled eggs than yellow ones. Others are not easy to yellow. But I hate eating boiled eggs. Usually eat scrambled eggs and fried eggs. For example, tomatoes and eggs are a little more troublesome to cook. Don't stir the eggs at first. After a little shaping, pull the yolk aside. Or crack the egg shell and go straight to the yellow before making it.
