A goby of the goby family? Spiny goby? Echinogoby

It is an annual warm-temperate coastal benthic fish with strong adaptability to temperature and salinity. Its meat is tender, delicious and growing rapidly. It is distributed along the coast of China, especially Lianyungang.

I can't stand the heat and high temperature in the south and the cold and frost in the north. I only live here. The mild climate and unique geographical environment in Lianyungang make sand fish a unique species with tender meat and thin skin. Every autumn is cool, the sand fish dives into the mud to lay eggs to avoid the cold after pregnancy. Fishing can start from Maihuang Stone until winter. However, when the cold current strikes in the north, the shallow-skinned sand fish can't resist the bad luck brought by the freezing climate, although they hide in the mud, and no adult fish is spared. Only the eggs of grass coral survived hibernation under the protection of thick oocysts and began to reproduce in late spring.
