Ingredients: duck 500g, Tieguanyin tea 10g, ginger slices 10g, onion 20g, garlic 20g, soy sauce 10ml, cooking wine 5ml, sugar 20g, salt and water 500ml.
Exercise:
1. Wash the duck, cut it into small pieces, soak it in clear water for one hour, and remove the blood.
2. Pour water into the pot, add duck, ginger, onion and cooking wine to boil, and skim off the floating foam.
3. Add tea, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and garlic and cook for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: fresh shrimp 200g, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, green tea 10g, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and water.
