But friends in the north eat big noodles. There are many noodles in it. They can eat almost all noodles.
Another difference is that friends in the north like to add vinegar to noodles and eat raw garlic noodles. And they prefer to eat thick and wide handmade noodles. Southerners may find it hard to imagine the taste of raw garlic and find it strange to add vinegar to noodles. They are not used to this kind of noodles.
