1, Zen tea: when a leaf falls, everything grows.
There is no perfect tea in the world. Every kind of tea has good and evil, and the best tea has good but can't find evil. There are many evils in top-grade tea, both good and evil in middle-grade tea, and many evils in low-grade tea.
Pu 'er raw tea, a finely carved ancient tree, is the closest to the best tea. More than 300 years of ancient tea trees, the growth environment is almost primitive, with unparalleled floral and honey fragrance, as well as incredible long-lasting foam resistance, as long as you pay attention to it.
The Diamond Sutra says: "If people have eyes, the sun is shining and they see all kinds." Tea tasting needs to observe various colors. In a narrow sense, the first thing is to observe the color of tea and soup, and know whether the life experience of tea is innocent through the color of tea and soup. Is it well preserved? Pay attention to origin, appearance, craftsmanship, storage, and so on.
Through the tea in front of us, we can imagine the growing environment of tea trees, from which we can know each other, from near to far, from small to big, from seeing a leaf to knowing the world, from a leaf to getting a bodhi, which is almost Taoism. But if you can't see Mount Tai, it's not enough to talk about Zen tea.
2, Zen tea: products conceal evil and promote good.
Tea should be brewed well and tasted well. This is the "evil" of hiding tea and promoting the "good" of tea, fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and pursuing advantages and avoiding disadvantages.
Hiding evil and promoting good is the real great wisdom. No matter what kind of tea it is, it is actually the same body of good and evil. Concealing an evil is less evil, and publicizing a good is more good. It's really boundless merit, and so is human service.
To taste tea, you must taste good tea. Good tea must come from good mountains and good water. There must be a clever production process behind it, and there must be a heart that pursues truth, goodness and beauty, which will definitely be emitted from the inside out. Tea tasting is to taste this kind of good, and this kind of "good" is visible, tasteful and tangible, such as lewd.
3, Zen tea: the taste of Zen is quiet.
Nothing is unaffected, and nothing is waiting. The word Xu Jing is the essence of Zen tea. "Quiet" means, first of all, the environment should be quiet, then the speech should be quiet, and finally the mind should be quiet.
Xunzi talked about a great Qingming realm of "emptiness and quietness", and everything is invisible. "University" also said that after Zhi Zhi decided, he decided to be quiet in the future, to be safe after being quiet, and to be concerned after being safe before he could get it.
"Laozi" is even more "to be empty, to be quiet, to do everything together, I will watch." A calm heart is like a mirror. Everything will shine when it comes, and the shadow will not stay. Chang Xin, Zen tea should have the mentality of looking after things in a mirror.
The essence of Zen tea is to enter Zen from tea, taste meditation through tea, know everything through meditation, and then taste life and the world.
Keep your voice down, keep your voice down and be polite. The most important thing is to calm down, don't worry, don't slow down, so that you can hear what you want to hear and what you can't hear.
Great voices are heard, elephants are invisible, and intelligence doesn't work. Many people in the world can't hear it. Most people can't hear what many people can hear, some people can't hear at all, some people don't pay attention to it, some people don't hear it clearly, and some people pretend not to hear it when they hear it.
4, Zen tea: you have to have no place to live and have a heart.
The Buddha is far away from Lingshan, and Lingshan is only in your heart. Everyone has a Ling Mountain Tower, learn from Ling Mountain Tower.
This poem is about Zen practice, that is, the mind is the Buddha, and the practice is in oneself, so there is no need to climb out, and so is the taste of Zen tea.
When some people talk about Zen tea, the first thing they think of is drinking tea in a temple, or drinking tea with a big monk, or drinking tea in an elegant and Buddhist environment. Tea sets should be exquisite and simple, the best tea is made by monks, and burning incense and playing music is standard. This is a far cry from Zen.
These things are durable. If you persist in this, you are possessed, and so is greed. The real Zen tea should be born without a home, and its wisdom and brightness do not depend on the environment, let alone the utensils. "You should not be born with color, touch the law with sound and fragrance, but be born with nothing."
Zen is everywhere, and the front is everywhere. Find Zen interest and Zen meaning in the ordinary. A gentleman walks in his own position and doesn't want to be outside. Zen tea should not only be in its place, but also in its device.
Wherever you are, you can relax. If you have money, you can relax. When you are down and out, you can still take your time. When you are away from home, you can't find a teapot and teacups, only coffee cups and glasses. According to local conditions, using a coffee cup as a cover bowl and two coffee spoons to separate tea can still brew tea of various colors and flavors.
5, Zen tea: "ginseng head" to participate in Zen.
The difficulty of the "talking head" of Zen tea is to hear the implication, and the "talking head" is the true meaning of participating in ordinary discourse.
For example, Zen master Zhao Zhou's "going to tea" is said to be a way of enlightenment, that is, "pointing directly at the Buddha's heart and realizing the Buddha's heart." Some people say that it has the power to point directly at people's hearts, others say that it is a constant evasive action, and I think it is a switch to stop habitual thinking and open the door to epiphany.
There is a cloud in the Diamond Sutra: "The Tathagata says the phases. This is right and wrong. He also said that all living things. That is, non-beings. " There is truth behind the truth, and there are facts behind the facts. Phenomenon is the illusion of minutes. "If you see something different, see the Tathagata." How to know the truth, how to recognize the truth? These truths are hard to say, but they are ineffective. Taoism says "Tao can be extraordinary", while Buddhism says "drinking water thinks of the source, and knowing yourself when you are warm and cold".
As the saying goes, the knower doesn't speak, but the speaker doesn't know. Some people like to say Zen tea, while others say "tea Zen" unconventional. For me, whether it is Zen tea or tea Zen, I should speak with substance, be selfish and altruistic, and really have a cup of tea. Talking about Zen tea without eating tea can only talk about Zen tea, and it will inevitably become a mantra in the end.
