I knocked two earth eggs on the chopping board, and when I broke my hand, the egg white and yolk flowed out. At first glance, they pour into a bowl like a stream. I picked up chopsticks and stirred them skillfully like nunchakus. Slowly, the original independent egg white and yolk are evenly blended together, as if it were a mature golden wheat cake. I pour peanut oil into the pot, and when the oil gives off heat, I pour the stirred raw eggs into the pot along the edge of the pot, and turn them over carefully after solidification. After many times of stir-frying, raw eggs turned into delicious fried eggs, and then put them on a plate for later use.
Then, I cut the two cooked sweet potatoes into filaments, fry them in an oil pan, add some salt and a few spoonfuls of white rice vinegar. Wow! The sour smell is impeccable. I chopped the fried eggs and fried them with shredded potatoes. Soon, fried eggs and vinegar crumbs are really out of the pot. I put fried eggs and shredded potatoes in a glass plate with vinegar and served them on the table. It's golden and shiny, which makes my mouth water.
I looked at my happy parents and I knew I had done it. I did something meaningful. Of course, this is not enough. I must always remember to be a caring and filial person and honor my parents and elders.
