Rice paste
The baby's first complementary food is often rice paste. In order to ensure freshness and nutrition, it is a good choice to buy rice noodles with flaky structure. Put a proper amount of rice flour into a bowl, then add warm water or warm milk at 60-70℃, and stir while pouring until the rice flour becomes paste.
Chicken soup pumpkin

apple jam
Apple is rich in dietary fiber, calcium, iron and multivitamins, which is the first choice for baby's complementary food. Steam carrots and apples, then mash them into mud. If the mud paste is thick, it can be diluted with breast milk or boiled water and cooled before giving it to the baby.
