Ingredients: ribs 300g, assorted vegetables 100g, quinoa 20g, one cup of rice, 2 tbsps of braised soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 tbsps, cooking wine 1 tbsps, ginger 1 slice, shallots 1 root, and proper amount of edible oil.

Specific practices

1. Soak the bleeding water with clear water in advance, add a spoonful of flour, grab it evenly and rinse it off. Vegetables can be mixed at will. I use peas, corn and carrots, and I can also add potatoes, mushrooms and edamame.

2. Put the ribs in a clear water pot, cook for a few minutes, fully boil out the bleeding foam, remove and rinse.

3. Pour the oil into the pot, add the onion and ginger slices, and pour the drained ribs and stir fry until the surface of the ribs is slightly burnt.

4. Add the boiled water that just hasn't eaten the ribs, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of braised soy sauce and a crystal sugar.

5. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn it to low heat 10 minute. Add assorted vegetables and stir well. At this time, you can pick out the ginger slices and shallots floating on the noodle soup.

6. Wash the rice and three-color quinoa and pour them into the rice cooker.

7. Pour the ribs and soup together. The amount of soup is similar to that of steamed rice in peacetime. Stir well, and the rice cooker can steam rice.
