Turkey scenic spot underground water palace
This underground building was built in Justinian in 532. As the largest Byzantine reservoir in Istanbul, the underground palace was built with 336 columns, many of which came from abandoned temples and decorated with exquisite carvings. The symmetry and magnificent architecture of the Water Palace are quite shocking. Legend has it that this reservoir was built during the Byzantine period in the 6th century because of the war.
