Practice steps:
1.? Cut pork into small pieces, add 1g salt, a little pepper powder, water starch, eggs and blending.
2.? Pour oil into a hot pan (tip: adding cold oil to a hot pan can prevent the pan from sticking to the pan because of excessive oil). Add oiled meat slices, add sugar, salt, soy sauce, pepper, etc. (According to your own taste) After about two minutes, add water, boil the water for a while, then hook the remaining water starch, add the remaining tomatoes and monosodium glutamate, pour a little vinegar and sesame oil, and take out the pot.
5.? Fill a bowl of rice and pour the cooked oily meat on the rice to eat!
