Method for making peanut bread
Materials required for dough: 300g of bread flour, 40g of peanut oil, 60g of sugar, milk 150g, egg 1, yeast powder 1.5 spoon (the bread machine comes with two spoons of small head).

1. All dough materials are put into a bread machine to make dough for the first basic fermentation.
2. After the basic fermentation, take out the dough, exhaust, knead and relax for15min.
3. Roll the loose dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin, and the thickness is about 1cm.
4. Mix peanut butter and peanut oil, evenly spread on the dough, and leave blank around.
5. Roll from bottom to top, dip in the water in the blank and close it tightly.
6. Cut all two halves with a knife, with the sides facing upwards, and the two halves are evenly intertwined.
7. Hold one end of the wrapped noodles, wrap the other end, and then put it in an 8-inch mold for 30 minutes.
8. Put it in an oven preheated to 170℃ and fire it in the middle and lower layers for 40 minutes.
