3. Wash the towel gourd, remove the skin of the towel gourd, cut it into filaments, put it in a basin, add a little salt, stir it evenly, wash the vermicelli, boil it in water and cook it, then take it out and put it in cold water, drain it and cut it into small pieces.
4. Beat the eggs in the bowl evenly, put oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid when the oil is hot, fry it quickly and let it cool. The towel gourd is marinated in water and squeezed out.
5. Put the towel gourd and vermicelli together, then put the dried eggs in, add sesame oil and stir well, then add salt, spiced powder and chicken essence, stir well and the filling will be ready.
6. After the dough is proofed, sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board, put the dough on it, knead it into air, knead it into strips, and divide it into small doses with uniform size. After kneading the small doses, roll it into thin dough with thick middle edge.
7. Wrap the stuffing, tighten the mouth and flatten it, and the crust will be ready. Heat the pan, brush a little oil, put the crust in, and bake both sides golden brown. Soft and delicious. The skin is thin and stuffed, and the loofah is fragrant.
Second, cold towel gourd 1, ingredients: towel gourd, ginger, onion, garlic, coriander, millet spicy, sesame oil, oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and sugar.
2. Wash the loofah, remove the loofah skin, cut the inclined section and soak it in light salt water to prevent oxidation and blackening. Boil water in the pot, add water, put a little salt and oil in the pot, and put the towel gourd in the boiling water.
3. After the loofah is blanched, pour in cold water, drain the water and put it in a bowl. Wash ginger, onion and garlic, put them in a bowl and chop them up. Wash the millet and cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl. Wash coriander and cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl.
4. Add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar, and mix well. Pour the prepared juice on the towel gourd, stir well and serve. Luffa is green, light and refreshing, and very delicious.
