Preparation materials: kelp silk 100g, minced garlic 5g, salt 3g, soy sauce 5g and cooking wine 3g.
1. Seaweed silk is soaked in clear water 1 hour, as shown in the following figure:
2. Boil the water in the pot, as shown in the figure below:
3. Then pour the kelp silk, simmer for 0/min, and take it out under water control, as shown in the following figure:
4. Then add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and minced garlic, as shown below:
5. Finally, stir well and serve.
