Potato risotto with tomato sauce:
Ingredients: two small potatoes, a tomato, chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Practice: 1. Dice tomatoes, dice tomatoes for later use. 2. Add minced garlic into domestic hot oil and stir fry. Pour the tomatoes into the pot and stir-fry until the tomatoes are juicy, then add the diced beans. 3. Braised tofu:
Ingredients: a piece of tofu, a piece of shallot, and bean paste. Mix a bowl of sauce:-spoon soy sauce, half spoon soy sauce, water starch.
Practice: 1. Cut the tofu into pieces and the onion into sections for later use. 2. Blanch the tofu to remove the fishy smell, heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the red oil in the bean paste, add the onion, stir-fry the tofu, add salt and water for a while, then pour in the sauce, cover the lid and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Baked eggplant diced with potatoes:
Ingredients: one eggplant, one potato, diced for later use. Cut two peppers into small pieces. Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, water.
Cooking: 1. Boil diced potatoes in cold water for 2 minutes, and remove the water for later use. Heat oil in the pan, add the freshly cooked diced potatoes and stir fry. 2. Stir all the diced eggplant and potatoes together, pour in the sauce just prepared, add half a bowl of water and simmer for 3 minutes. Then open the lid and add it.
Zucchini scrambled eggs:
Ingredients: one zucchini, two eggs, one green pepper and minced garlic.
Practice: 1. Slice zucchini, break eggs, and cut green peppers for later use. 2. Heat the hot oil in the pot, put the broken eggs into the pot, and stir with chopsticks when the eggs are about to take shape. Leave oil in the pot, add minced garlic and zucchini. 3. Finally, put the eggs in the pot, add salt, add a spoonful of soy sauce, and add a little pepper to stir well.
