Raw materials: 250g mushrooms, pine nuts 100g, clear soup, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and peanut oil.
Practice: soak the mushrooms in cold water, and when they are ready to go out of the hole, remove the pedicels and wash them. Stir-fry pine nuts in a warm pot and peel them. Heat a wok, add oil to heat it, add chopped green onion and ginger, stir-fry, add mushrooms, stir-fry for a while, add tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper water and soup stock to boil, then add tofu pieces and simmer for about 3 minutes, thicken when there is a little soup left, add monosodium glutamate and take it out.
Steamed mushroom crucian carp
Raw materials: Lentinus edodes 100g, live crucian carp 500g, cooked bamboo shoots 50g, onion, ginger, refined salt, Shaoxing wine and peanut oil.
Practice: Wash the mushrooms with cold water, remove the roots and soak them in warm water. Scrape the scales off the crucian carp with a knife.
