Suiyuan, religious term. Fate refers to how the body and mind feel about the outside world. It also refers to conforming to chance; Let it develop naturally.
With fate, in the present words, people should accept whatever they encounter, whether it is adversity or prosperity. Then, adversity, with a positive attitude to face, to find problems, put forward problems, solve problems, so as to get out of adversity; When times are good, enjoy and be happy with gratitude. Follow your heart.
Buddhism puts forward "following fate", that is, let nature take its course:
Seize the opportunity, without resentment, impatience or compulsion, and face the opportunity with a normal heart. In fact, in our life, we have to face everything in the world, and we will encounter it at any time. If we can meet, it is "fate".

The ancients said that "it is better to do more than less, and it is better to do good than not to do it." Accompanying fate is a wise attitude towards life. We must try our best to do our work well; We'd better not climb the ladder for superfluous things; When things come, we are not afraid of things and do not hide. This is called fate. It's okay, and we won't take the initiative to find something to do. Only in this way can our life be comfortable, our hearts will always be clean and our practice will progress.
