Note: I saw fresh chestnuts in the market recently. I used to stew chicken soup, but now I braise it in soy sauce. Chestnuts are cooked and shelled first; Chicken can be braised after being cut into pieces and added with water, and seasoning can be added according to personal taste. (The simplest one is like braised pork.) Two meats, two vegetables and one mushroom have reasonable nutrition. Chickens only need to buy ready-made light chickens on the market, which is cheap; 2-3 ribs at a time is enough.
Tuesday: stewed radish with braised mutton, steamed fish with onion and bamboo shoots, fried fingered citron with shrimp skin or stir-fried cabbage and seaweed soup;
Wednesday: fresh lotus root bone stew soup, fried pork slices with mushrooms, green peppers and carrots, garlic and sesame oil mixed with tomato sauce;
Thursday: Steamed perch (osmanthus, grass) fish, stir-fried Chinese cabbage, fried pumpkin with salted eggs, pickled mustard tuber, egg soup;
Friday: Mustard duck soup, fried pork slices with broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fried vegetables with small flowers, shredded onions and fungus.
