Cooking food in microwave oven and its practice
Microwave ovens can be used to cook steamed fish, barbecue, potato chips, cakes and eggplant.

Practice of microwave barbecue:

Ingredients: lean pork 600g, homemade spicy red oil, salt and pepper, soy sauce, cumin powder, Chili powder, cumin and a little black pepper.

1, prepare raw materials.

2. Cut the lean meat into strips and try not to tangent along the line.

3. Add a proper amount of homemade spicy red oil, salt and pepper, soy sauce, cumin powder and black pepper to the shredded pork and mix well.

4. Put it in the microwave oven, with high fire 10 minute.

5. Take it out and spread the shredded pork one by one. If there is water on the plate, pour it out, add cooked sesame seeds, Chili powder and cumin and mix well.

Heating principle of microwave oven;

1. The microwave oven passes through the object in the microwave heating furnace. In the process of microwave heating, the object absorbs microwave energy and converts it into heat energy, which makes the whole body heat up at the same time. This heating method is different from other conventional heating methods.

2. Comparison between microwave heating and traditional heating methods: The traditional heating method is to heat the object from the outside to the inside through heat conduction, which will inevitably lead to the temperature difference between the inside and the outside, so the heating is uneven. Microwave heating generates internal friction heat through the high-frequency reciprocating motion of dipole molecules in the heated body, thus increasing the temperature of the heated substance. Without any heat conduction process, the material can be heated both inside and outside.

3. Reasons why metals can't be put into microwave ovens: Theoretically, the heat generated by substances in microwave fields is closely related to the types of substances and their dielectric properties, that is, microwaves have the characteristic of selectively heating substances. According to this characteristic, microwave irradiation will cause total reflection on the metal surface, which will lead to energy accumulation in the furnace and cause danger. So metal objects can't be heated in a microwave oven.
