It is a seven-character quatrain "Old Disease" written by Bai Juyi, a poet in the Tang Dynasty.
Whole poem:
Listen to music during the day and get drunk at night, either under the moon or before the flowers.
Now we should know the difference between the old, the weak, the sick and the disabled.
Translation:
Listen to the music heartily, fall asleep in the gentle land at night, or sing poems and have fun under the moon or in front of flowers.
Now that I am old and ill, I need to know what I want to do, so that I can live up to the twenty years after my youth.

Flowers and the moon are ordinary natural things, but they are endowed with many "images" by China literati, such as youth, reunion, parting, melancholy and so on. Therefore, "Before Flowers and Under the Moon" has gradually evolved into a land of love by describing the environment of amusement and rest.
Bai Juyi's leisurely poems have a great influence on later generations. His simple language style and indifferent and leisurely mood have been praised repeatedly. However, in contrast, the "leisure" thought of retiring from politics and being content with peace, and the attitude of returning to Buddhism and imitating Tao Yuanming in these poems have far-reaching influence because they are more in line with the psychology of later literati.
