Preparation materials: kelp 150g, cauliflower 100g, tofu 50g, shrimp 80g, Shanghai green 50g, salt, garlic and chicken soup.
First, prepare ingredients: soak tofu in clear water, soak shrimps in clear water after cleaning their internal organs, soak kelp in clear water, break cauliflower into small pieces, cut vegetables into sections, and slice garlic for later use.
Second, then put the prepared chicken soup into a pot and heat it with high fire, as shown below.
Third, then put the cauliflower in the pot and add a little water, as shown below.
4. Cook the cauliflower until it is soft, put it in the sea and stir it with a shovel several times, as shown below.
5. Add enough water and continue to cook until the kelp is cooked, as shown below.
6. After the kelp is cooked, add the prepared Shanghai green, and at the same time, add the tofu block and cook until it boils again.
7. Then put the washed shrimp into the pot and cook until the shrimp turns red, as shown in the figure below.
Eight, after the shrimp is cooked, it can be taken out of the pot and put into a bowl, so that the vegetable-mixed kelp tofu soup is ready.
