Peanut trotters
Material: trotters1300g peanuts100g.

Accessories: onion ginger 40g soy sauce 20g soy sauce 25g yellow rock sugar 20g cooking wine 20g fermented bean curd 2 pieces fermented bean curd 30g fennel proper amount pepper octagonal proper amount salt 5g.

Exercise:

1. Prepare ingredients: trotters 1300g, peanuts 100g, onion ginger 40g, two pieces of fermented bean curd, 30g of fermented bean curd, 5g of salt, 20g of soy sauce, 25g of soy sauce, 20g of yellow rock sugar, 20g of cooking wine, fennel and an appropriate amount of star anise.

2. Soak the peanuts in warm water for one hour, cut the onion into sections, slice the ginger, and put the fragrant leaves, fennel, star anise and pepper into the seasoning box.

3. The pig's trotters are blackened with a spray gun. This step is to remove the fishy smell, not the hair.

4. Soak the blackened trotters in cold water for 30 minutes, then scrape off the black part of the surface with a knife, and then clean it.

5. Cut the trotters into small pieces.

6. Put the chopped pig's trotters into the pot of the rice cooker with meatballs and add cold water.

7. Add 20 grams of cooking wine, then boil it with cooking function, take it out after boiling for three minutes, wash off impurities with hot water, and control the moisture.

8. Put the pig's trotters with water control into the pot liner of the rice cooker.

9. Add onion, ginger, yellow rock sugar and seasoning box.

10. Crush the fermented bean curd with a spoon, mix it with the fermented bean curd and pour it into the pot.

12. Add appropriate amount of water, cover and plug in the power supply to select the porridge cooking function for one hour.

13. Boil the soaked peanuts for five minutes, then wash off the froth and control the moisture.

14. After the porridge is boiled for one hour, open the lid and add the cooked peanuts. Cover the lid and switch to the cooking function regularly for one hour.

15.20 minutes later, open the lid and add 5 grams of salt. Cover and continue to work.

16. Turn off the power and open the lid. Stewed trotters with peanuts will be fine! Take it out to eat!
