Composition:
Natto 1 package (45g)
50 grams of white radish
40 grams of burdock
30 grams of carrots
Pea pods 5 tablets
1 fresh mushrooms (20g)
Japanese stock 300 grams
2 teaspoons of miso
Recipe practice:
1. White radish, burdock, carrot and pea pods are all shredded, and fresh mushrooms are sliced. (You can add your favorite vegetables. )
2. If the broth turns to medium heat, add chopped white radish, burdock, carrot and mushroom, boil and turn to low heat, then cover the pot and cook for 7-8 minutes.
3. When the vegetables become soft, add pea pods and miso, and finally add natto. After boiling, take out the pot.
