Find a bigger pot, put all the ingredients in it, add a little salt, sugar, chicken essence and soy sauce, and mix well first. The reason why we use big pots is to make everything taste even.
4, put a little oil in the pot, to 100% heat (slightly smoky), turn off the heat, add chopped green onion and garlic, turn off the heat, pour it on the cold dish, and then mix well to serve (northerners are used to pouring vinegar in, I personally prefer it).
