To make this barbecue, ginger and garlic cooking wine are indispensable, and pickling pork belly is the key. Too much salt can't mask the taste of pork. Without it, it tastes tasteless.

Stir the pork evenly, then marinate it in a bowl 10 minute. If there is enough time, it can be pickled for a period of time.

Spread oiled paper on the baking tray, and put the marinated pork belly slices neatly into the baking tray, spreading them as far as possible without overlapping.

Put the baking tray in the oven, bake it at 200 degrees up and down for 10 minute (the oven does not need to be preheated in advance), and take it out after baking.

Turn the pork belly upside down, put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Roast pork belly until the surface is brown and crisp in some places. Personally, I prefer crispy food. If you don't like it, you can shorten the baking time After the last baking, there will be a lot of oil. This oil is reserved for fried vegetables, which is delicious. )

Take out the roasted pork belly and sprinkle with a little cumin powder, a little white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
