Step 1. Take a group photo. Three little red peppers and two little green peppers are enough.
Step 2: Cut the radish and cucumber into small strips, grab them evenly with a spoonful of salt, and put them in the refrigerator for one night. Drain the salt water the next morning!
Step 3: put 300mL of delicious fresh soy sauce into the pot, add a spoonful of sugar, boil and cool, and add shredded ginger, garlic slices and pepper for later use.
Step 4, put the drained cucumber and radish into the sauce and mix well, then put it in a container and marinate it in the refrigerator for an hour, or longer, and serve it on a plate!
Step five, plate up and eat!
