Boil the water and soak four kinds of dried rice noodles in a larger container. I usually soak in it at night and eat it in the morning. So after cooking for an hour, I will take out the rice noodles and soak them in cold water, and then soak them in cold water until the next morning, so that the rice noodles will not paste soup and are very tough.
Soaking powder
Cut the fish the night before and marinate it with salt and cornmeal. It will taste better.
Slice tomatoes, wash coriander and cut into sections, and wash Chinese cabbage for later use.
Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the chopped tomatoes until the tomatoes are cooked, pour in the prepared sauerkraut, and add water to boil.
After the water is boiled, pour in the marinated fish fillets and soaked rice noodles the night before, add Chinese cabbage after boiling, add appropriate amount of chicken essence and black pepper to taste according to your own taste before taking out the pot, and finally add chopped coriander and a bowl of hot and delicious grain fish powder to eat.
