1. Wash the lotus leaves with clear water, soak them until soft, and code them at the bottom of the wide-mouth rice bowl.
2. Wash the rice, mix other materials, add appropriate amount of water and put it in a bowl.
3. Drop a few drops of oil and put a little salt in the rice. Steam over high heat for about 30 minutes until cooked.
"Steamed pork" in Three Steamed Lotus Leaves was popular in Mianyang (including Tianmen, Honghu, Qianjiang and Mianyang) in the old days. Known as the "Hometown of Steamed Vegetables in China", it is one of the famous "Three Steams in Mianyang". The story of "Mianyang Sanxi" is well known.
