Stewed beef with French red wine

Guide: Stewed beef with French red wine makes your mouth water. In winter, I stew a pot of red wine beef for my family, and the whole kitchen is filled with strong aroma. It feels so warm. Study with me.

Materials:

Beef brisket 1 kg, carrot 1, half an onion, 4 mushrooms, 2 celery, 2 garlic, 30g tomato sauce, 30g flour, 200ml dry red wine, 2 fragrant leaves, pepper, thyme, a little salt and 30ml olive oil.

Exercise:

1. Wash and cut beef brisket into 3cm square blocks, cut onion into large blocks, wash mushrooms and cut them in half, peel carrots and cut them into hob blocks, wash celery and cut them into small pieces, peel garlic and slice them;

2. Pour the clean water without beef into the pot, turn to medium heat for 2-3 minutes after the fire is boiled, and take out the drain and rinse it clean;

3. Heat the pan, pour in the oil, add the onion and garlic slices and stir fry, add the mushrooms and stir fry, and add the flour and stir fry evenly;

4. Pour the cooked beef, add tomato sauce and red wine, stir well, then pour the clear water into the beef, add the fragrant leaves, pepper and thyme, and simmer for 1.5 hours after the fire is boiled.

5. Finally, add carrots and celery, and continue to stew for half an hour until the beef is soft and rotten and the soup becomes thick. Finally, season with salt.

Tips:

1, you can use one or two fresh tomatoes instead of ketchup.

2, red wine can buy ordinary dry red wine, it is best not to use that sweet wine.

Besides beef brisket, you can also use beef, oxtail and steak to stew soup.

This dish is a good choice with rice and noodles.

5. You can put potatoes into the stew as you like, which is also delicious and can increase the viscosity of the soup. If you don't like thick soup, you can skip the flour.
