Tools/Materials: Pig bones, black beans, ginger, garlic, peanut oil, salt and soy sauce.
Prepare all the materials: a piece of pork bone, half a bowl of black beans and a proper amount of ginger. Pig bones are cut by the pork seller, and the knives at home are not sharp enough.
Clean the black beans, and then soak them in water for about four hours in advance. Just fill the black beans with water and boil the soup with black beans. Don't throw away waste. Wash and slice ginger for later use.
Put a proper amount of ginger slices in the pot and boil a pot of water;
After the water is boiled, add the pig bones and scald for about three minutes.

Prepare three pieces of garlic, chop them, add proper amount of peanut oil, soy sauce and salt, stir them evenly, and eat them with meat and blood in the tube.
