The computer projects the screen onto the projector. In our current office, notebooks are often connected to the projector to give lectures or demonstrate ppt. Specific connection process.

Computer: Huawei MateBook

System: Windows 10

Software: projector 1.0, VGA cable

1. First, the video input interface of the projector must be connected to the video output interface of the laptop with a VCA cable, and then the picture on the current laptop will appear on the projector.

2. Then, right-click the desktop, open the "screen resolution" option, and click "Connect projector".

3. Then, we open the related setting options. You can also use shortcut keys, press the Microsoft logo key and the P key to quickly open the relevant settings displayed by the projector.

4. The following describes the different functions of several modes.

(1) "Computer only" means that the image will not be displayed on the projector and the computer will not output the image to the projector.

(2) If we choose "projector only", the computer will turn off the image output on its monitor, which is beneficial to energy saving in some cases.

(3) As for reproduction, the resolution display output of the projector and the computer is completely consistent.

(4) There is also an extended function. We can put the image output by one monitor on two monitors, or we can adjust the resolutions of these two different monitors differently, which needs to be adjusted by ourselves according to actual needs.

Under normal circumstances, we use the projector to show PPT or some video manuscripts. For specific settings, we can make different display adjustments on the screen resolution.
