Preparation materials: tomato sauce 200g, beef 500g, salt, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, sesame oil, blended oil, pepper and coriander.
1. Wash the mutton first, cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl for later use.
2. Then cut the tomatoes into pieces and keep them for later use.
3. Add cooking oil to the pot, heat it, and pour in ginger, onion, garlic and other materials to stir fry.
4. Then pour the mutton into the pot and fry for four or five minutes.
5. Then add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
6. After the water is boiled, pour the tomatoes into the pot. Simmer for five minutes.
7. When the mutton is cooked, add the coriander and turn off the fire.
