1. Strictly control banquet activities

Banquets with more than 5 tables must be reported in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures. The number of tables in the banquet hall hosted by the catering unit shall be controlled within 75% of the number of tables that can be accommodated.
2. Implement banquet registration procedures
1. Urban and rural residents who host more than 5 banquets at home must fill in the "Self-Organized Banquet Report Form" and "Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment Letter" 》, report in advance to the village committee where you live.
2. If urban and rural residents hold a banquet in the store, with 5 to 15 tables, they must fill in the "Banquet Registration Form" and the "Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment Letter", and report to the village committee where the household registration is located in advance. The banquet hotel reported to the local market supervision department with the "Banquet Report Form" signed with the opinions of the village committee, and the local market supervision department copied the report to the local township. If there are more than 15 tables, please fill in the "Report Form for Holding a Banquet" and the "Letter of Commitment for Epidemic Prevention and Control", and report to the village committee where your household registration is located in advance. The market supervision department will review the opinions and report them to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters.
3. If personnel from government agencies, enterprises and institutions hold banquets with 5 to 15 tables, they must fill out the "Banquet Registration Form" and "Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment Letter", report to their unit, and host the banquet. The hotel will report to the local market supervision department with the "Banquet Report Form" signed with the opinions of the company where it is located, and the local market supervision department will copy the report to the local township. For those with more than 15 tables, please fill in the "Report Form for Holding Banquets" and "Letter of Commitment for Epidemic Prevention and Control" and report to the company where you work. The hotel hosting the banquet must submit the "Report Form for Holding Banquets" signed with the opinions of the company where you work, and submit it to the local market supervision department for review. Opinions should be reported to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters.
3. Strictly implement the main responsibility and the responsibility of the organizer

Hotels hosting banquets must implement measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement, and wearing masks for diners, and ventilation and disinfection of dining areas should be done well. Epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency plans should be formulated based on actual conditions. Anyone who finds abnormalities in body temperature or health code or travel code should be reported immediately and dealt with according to regulations.
2. Responsibility of the organizer. The general public does not hold or participate in banquet activities without prevention and control measures. The organizer must strictly implement the reporting procedures and shall not invite people under any of the following circumstances to participate in banquet activities: ① There are facilities in areas with medium and high risk of the epidemic and areas where local cases have been reported within 14 days.
