1. Wash peas and dice carrots. If you have time, you can marinate the minced meat with salt and soy sauce in advance, which will make it more delicious. I use "jujube sausage" to make sausages, and the grains are connected like dates. When in use, cut off the connector. Use other sausages.
2. Put the rice and peas in a pot, add water and boil them over medium heat by cooking. Remember to tap the bottom with a spoon from time to time to avoid sticking to the pot.
